As part of the weekend ‘Equal Opportunities‘ workshops, we conducted the ‘Management and Communication’ training. The aim of the program is to equalise the chances of young people from towns and villages with less than 20,000 inhabitants for a good start in adult life. During the training, we familiarized participants with the tools that they can use for efficient management and promotion of their local initiatives.
